BRB booking a flight to L.A.!

Recently on Tupac’s Instagram page, it was announced that a concept restaurant devoted to the late rapper, Tupac, will be in L.A. from June 16th to June 30th. The restaurant was inspired by Tuapac’s own notes of a restaurant concept and now it’s been brought to life in L.A.! Back in 2017, Nas and restaurateur John Seymore opened up their own pop-up Powamekka Café for a few days with all things honoring Tupac. The Powamekka Café pop-up is also collaborating with the “Wake Me When I’m Free” exhibit to feature memorabilia from Tupac’s life. One of the artifacts on display will be the notebooks that contained the original concept for Powamekka Café.

Tupac’s music continues to inspire and impact many to this day. It’s truly incredible to see Tupac’s creative ideas beyond his music, later be brought to life.

We really hope Colorado might be next on the list for the pop-up restaurant!
